How This Boot Camp Works

Once you're signed up, you'll receive your shopping list and recipe cards along with daily video session links (via Zoom).

Show up each day to cook right along with The Allergy Chef. Each day includes a lesson, cooking/baking, and Q&A time.

What kind of cook ware will I need?
All of that information will be supplied in your Boot Camp Welcome Email.

Please look at each recipe above. The allergy status including special diets are listed.

How long is each session?
60 - 90 minutes daily, depending on how long the Q&A segment lasts.

Will I need special software?
The sessions will be hosted on the Zoom platform. You'll either need the app on your phone or computer. A laptop is preferred so you can use it in your kitchen whilst cooking and baking with us. You can also use Zoom on a tablet.

Can I record these sessions?
There's no need to record. We record all of the sessions. You'll receive daily download links as well as links at the end of the week.
